The trick to great plastic surgery is subtlety. Little tweaks all along the way that don't result in…well, this. I've never seen Madonna look so puffed up. Her facial structure's all different and instead of looking 50, she looks like someone 10 years older trying to look 50. Tragic. I'm sure Jesus is praying for her.
