She's been circling the globe on her current Sticky and Sweet tour and earlier today (July 14) Madonna was spotted leaving her hotel in Milan, Italy.

The "Like a Virgin" songstress was definitely well-protected as she strolled outside as a bevy of beefy bodyguards surrounded her and escorted her to a waiting car.
