Madonna and toyboy Jesus take her adopted children for a cruise in Italy

Fresh from her concert in Poland, Madonna jetted to Positano, Italy for a romantic getaway with toyboy boyfriend Jesus Luz for her 51st birthday.

Accompanying the couple were Madonna's adopted Malawian children, four-year-old Mercy James and three-year-old David Banda in addition to 12-year-old daughter Lourdes and nine-year-old son Rocco. Madonna threw an extravagant dinner party on Sunday night, where she rented out an entire floor at the exclusive Spledido hotel. Afterwards, the Material Girl opted to keep things low-key with a day filled with swimming, relaxing on a boat with her children and snuggling over breakfast with Luz on the balcony of her hotel.

Later, she was joined by 30 friends, including Italian fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana who had arranged a huge dinner party for the singer on the balcony of the hotel. The designers presented her with a huge cake with sparklers on top and also gave her a lace dress which they had designed for the occasion.

The birthday celebration will wrap up soon since the star is scheduled to play a concert tomorrow evening in Munich.
