FIRST PHOTO: MADONNA & MERCY; Kabbalah Centre Visit with Guy!

Madonna and her newly adopted daughter, Mercy James Chifundo, have stepped out in public for the first time in London, England. The adorable Mercy James was spotted Friday getting a piggyback ride from her mom Madge as both ladies left London's Kabbalah Center. The little girl, four, who Madonna campaigned tirelessly to adopt from Malawi earlier this year, wore a sundress in an African-inspired print with white sandals. Mercy's new sister Lourdes, 12, appeared shortly after, followed by Rocco, eight, and David Banda, three, who was also adopted from Malawi. But just ten minutes before Madonna left the centre, Guy Ritchie had emerged, indicating that he had been spending more time with the family. Ritchie, 40, has been spending time with sons Rocco and David at his Wiltshire home while Madonna bonds with Mercy.

Mercy was flown into Britain a little over a week ago, and was taken to her first Kabbalah meeting just hours after her arrival. As well as meeting her new siblings and nanny, Mercy has also been introduced to Madonna's toyboy boyfriend Jesus Luz, who has been spotted out and about near her London home this week.

It was announced Friday that Madonna, in fulfillment of her longtime contract with Warner Bros. Records, will release a greatest hits collection entitled Iconography this September.
