WHAT could be more nerve-shredding for restaurant staff than the site of MADONNA and SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY eagerly awaiting their dinner?

The music heavyweights sat down for a meal at posh London eatery Locanda Locatelli last night, joined by Sir Paul's designer daughter STELLA.

It's unclear what Madge and Macca nattered about as they feasted on the culinary offerings, but the Material Girl couldn't stop beaming as she left the venue.
